The wait time here can be very long, sometimes over 2 hours. The restrooms definitely need more attention. Overall, the office needs updating, feels old, disorganized and not extremely clean. The front staff are not very nice, they are somewhat curt to everyone. The nurses and doctors are very nice and kind.

Doctor was nice for my first visit there ever. However the wait was almost 2 hours just to get to an exam room. Luckily it was my day off work, but that will be hard to schedule in the future with work. Also the bathroom in the lobby was dirty.

My dad has gone here for years and today is the first time we have ever had an issue. I was unable to go with him today and called and asked that a note be put on his chart for the doctor and the young lady who answered told me that he could just tell the doctor when he was there. I explained to her that he sometimes forgets things and asked if she could just put a note. She informed me charts were not pulled till patient arrived and he would just have to remember. I am a nurse and this was very unprofessional of her. Again, we love Dr Abrocham and till today, have NEVER had ANY issues. I don’t know if She is new or what but this was unacceptable IMO. I simply asked for a note to be placed on his chart for the doctor to inform him of an upcoming procedure my dad will be having.

Dr Morbia is the best Dr I have ever found! He explains everything to you and is such a joy to be around. What Dr gives you his cell phone number and says call if you need me and actually answers when you call!! He has saved my life I have no doubt and I couldn’t be more thankful for him❤️
